Description
The Meiko Kataba saw from Nakaya is constructed in a perfect combination of vertical and horizontal edges to achieve best results, vertically, horizontally as well as diagonally. Kataba saws have a single cross-cutting edge with no back or metal spine allowing you to make deeper cuts than a Dozuki or Ryoba.
The universal blade combines crosscut and rip-teeth on one edge of the blade. The cutting edges are deep to ensure that saw dust falls below in a controlled manner.
Made of high quality Japanese steel and tempered with our technology for excellent performance. The steel is very well tempered (hardened) for durability that is second to none.
