When placing your next order, use the Toolbucks button in the corner of the screen (usually bottom right) to redeem your points.

You can redeem your points in $5 increments up to $20.

Select your preferred option and you will be emailed a gift card to use at checkout.

Do Toolbucks expire?

If unused, Toolbucks expire 12 months after you earn them.

You will receive an email from us warning you of the expiry to make sure you get the full benefit of them.

Can I transfer Toolbucks between accounts?

If you have purchased with us under more than one email address, we can merge your accounts under one of those email addresses.

This will also consolidate the Toolbucks allocated to both emails.

Can I use Toolbucks in-store?

Absolutely. We'll just need your email when you come in.

Can JTA apply my Toolbucks retroactively?

No, sorry. Please save them and use them on your next order.

Can I use multiple Toolbucks discounts on one order?

No, sorry. Only one Toolbucks discount can be used on an order. The largest this discount can be is AUD$20.

How do Toolbucks work with refunds?

If you use Toolbucks to purchase an item and need a refund (a highly unusual situation), we will refund you the amount you paid for your order.

As Toolbucks are applied as a discount, they are not refundable.
