Halting the spread of COVID-19 through Australia and the world depends on the responsible conduct of individuals and businesses everywhere. We know that the measures needed to slow it can be drastic and ever-evolving.
Our measures as of March 26:
We are fulfilling orders only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, instead of five days a week as we would under normal circumstances. This is to limit staff time outside of their house.
The showroom is closed to customers, we will be dealing with online orders only. We are yet to experience disruption to our delivery partners.
JTA team members who aren't part of the pick and pack or stock management process are working from home.
We are cleaning our packing station thoroughly and regularly.
We will not be organising classes or workshops until further notice.
