Description

These beautiful mortice gauges are designed to cut two repeatable parallel marking lines.

Made of beautiful sections of Japanese white oak with a red oak face added to the fence, they use two blades that slide over each other and are secured with a nut on top of the tool.

As long as corresponding reference faces are used, a set of mortices of matching widths can be marked out quickly and identically using this ingenious tool.
