Tachibana 42mm Plane - Aogami (Blue Paper Steel)

This gorgeous hand-forged blue paper steel plane shows it's class in every detail. With excellent tolerances in the blade and block, this plane is extremely easy to setup and use.

The Aogami blade has wonderful edge retention and is extremely easy to sharpen, taking and keeping a great edge. The chipbreaker is also fully laminated.

We are extremely proud to be the first retailer to offer Tachibana's planes outside of Japan, and know that you will enjoy using them as much as we do.
