Takada Small Natural Wood Dustpan

Designed to compliment the Takada Handy Broom with Japanese Cypress Handle (sold separately), this dustpan is made using the veneer manufacturing method, a Japanese carpentry technique where natural wood is shaved extremely thin, laminated into a sheet then used to make this dustpan. 

What makes it surprisingly light and effective is it’s three-layer construction which includes an aluminum metal sheet sandwiched between the wood. It can bend like paper and meet perfectly along floor surfaces so that even small dust is not missed. 

Brooms can hang nested within to be attractive even when not in use.
