Description

The result of using these fine wood files is that they will leave a finish comparable to a hand plane finish due to their amazing cutting ability. These files are different to other rasps and files. They are unique as their teeth are milled into the surface of the file to create hundreds of curved blades. The result is that your material is shaved off and not removed by scratching (leaves shavings).

The Japanese White Oak handle ONLY can be purchased separately for $4 if required.

Flat wood file

I already have a half round and round wood files purchased from Japan Tools. This one adds to the above two. All three are really good for wood carving and shaping. Great tools. Love them.
