• Nisaku Hori Hori Knife – Part trowel, part blade, part saw. This iconic Japanese digging knife features a scalloped stainless steel blade with both straight and serrated edges, perfect for slicing through roots, digging holes, and harvesting. Etched depth markings make planting precise and efficient.
