Handmade Japanese Black Leather Handled Secateurs - 200mm

Crafted for precision and comfort, these 200mm secateurs are ideal for general garden work—from pruning small branches to trimming houseplants and flowers. Each pair is hand-forged and sharpened using traditional Japanese methods, giving them a unique finish and dependable performance.

The handles are wrapped in supple black leather and waxed thread, offering a tactile grip that grows more beautiful with use. Over time, the leather will develop a rich patina as it absorbs the elements of your gardening life—sweat, sun, sap, and soil.

Made by Toyama Hamono, a renowned Japanese maker of cutting tools since the 1860s, these secateurs feature a 70mm cutting edge and a high-carbon steel build with a refined convex edge. Each pair comes boxed with a blade sheath and is built to last through years of pruning tasks.
