Mio Hashimoto's Cat-spoon Carving Kit

Spoon carving is a relaxing, meditative aspect of woodwork that is perfect for those looking to explore their creativity in the medium of timber. 

This kit has been created collaboration between MioHashimoto and MichiHamono. With step by step instructions in Hashimoto's book you can try carving and create a beautiful spoon featuring a cat or animal head.

Tools included in the set are:

• Flat Blade Gouge 3mm, 6mm, 12mm / U-Gouge 3mm, 9mm / V-Gouge 6mm
• Ryoba Flush cutting Saw
• White canvas chisel roll
• Walnut blank large enough to make a cat spoon published in it are included.(30x40x130mm)

The tools themselves will lend themselves to beautiful work in many carving tasks, not just spoons.
